*NSA* 2007-05-13 at 08:21:52GMT 3167.0Khz usb By Jon-FL ->  
ALPHA 1 INDIA with TANGO 2 QUEBEC tactical callsigns. fair to good signals.

3167 kHz was also audible up till noon-ish (daylight) here.
transmitters on 3167 had the same distinct distorion upon keyup as those
on 5717..
