[MilCom] Blue Angels heading north to WI

The Blue Angels are headed north this morning for the airshow in La
Crosse, WI this weekend. Air-air noted on 237.8, 275.35, and 284.25.
Aerial refueling with HUSKER 15 (KC-135 155ARW) on 289.8.
