[MilCom] NJ-ANG F-16's start wildfire

F-16's working at the Warren Grove range
dropped flares which should have burned
out before they hit the ground but may
have started a large wildfire which has destroyed
5 homes burned over 20 miles of land its only 30%
contained right now.This is not the first time 
this has happen a practice bomb hit some rocks
spaking a fire a couple years ago
