This has become a very confusing story.  Witnesses reported a C-130 
at or lower than treetop level with a smoking engine,
followed by a crash on the Whitley/Knox County line near the town of 
Woodbine.  A USAF spokesman confirmed a C-130
from the Kentucky ANG crashed, but another spokesman from the 123rd 
in Louisville said all their aircraft have been accounted
for.

New reports are suggesting the C-130 may have been from the Tennessee 
ANG, but no one has confirmed it.  Also, another
batch of reports said the plane was "struggling to remain in the air" 
over northern Pulaski County and actually crashed in Wayne
County.  Wayne County is a pretty good distance from the original 
crash site report, so take all this with a grain of salt.
