Yes, most likely. That <138.200> is their VICTOR-16. The others are:

	VICTOR-17	138.250
	VICTOR-18	139.900
	VICTOR-19	140.425

I think both the 522 & 523 FS have been dis-established, making the 524FS
the only F-16 squadron left at Cannon AFB these days. Very sad .....
