Campbell AAF (KHOP).  ATC sequence has been Memphis
Ctr 285.5>, Campbell A/D 269.525>, Campbell Twr 278.8

I'd guess he's here for the "Week of Eagles" event
that ends with a public airshow this Saturday.  I
haven't seen or heard an F-4 Phantom around Ft
Campbell since the 1980's.
