[MilCom] Middleast Radio Monitor Scanning at 20K feet

Looks to me like this is temporary installed radio equipment on C130 
aircraft versus the old ABCC C130 aircraft.  Wondering how they install a 
temporary antenna on the aircraft OR if they make use of an existing antenna 
with some sort of antenna matching device.
