I had FAST 71 in the Dayton, OH area with KZID - Indy Center -
317.625 > 288.30 > 291.725 >
They were transitioning from FL 24 down to FL 21
I was driving around in the rain around 3:30 and he sounded clear as 
a bell.  Unfortunately, I don't know where he went.
