[MilCom] JSTARS Temporary Deployment

The 116th ACW, or at least part of it, is temporarily deployed to the 
Savannah Combat Readiness Training Center.  At least two of the unit's E-8Cs 
are on the ramp at the CRTC and PEACHTREE OPS has been heard on the CRTC's 
Ops frequency 237.000.
