[MilCom] T-BOLT 51 (correction)

Update and correction.  TBOLT 51 x 10 are using
327.475 while not in AR operation.  They are using
290.0 (TAC 1) to conduct AR Ops W/OMEGA 70 (not 71),
however there was mention of another tanker also
enroute, no number on him.  Possible OMEGA 71.
Anyhow,i guess they are headed to Fallon NAS.
