CAP is currently using 148.125 Repeater/Simplex (Channel #1), 148.15
Repeater/Simplex (Channel #2), 148.1375 Simplex (Channel #3), 149.5375
Simplex (Channel#4)
All of CAP's new VHF frequencies have not been finalized due to problems
with Mexico & Canada, which will result in changes. "Monitoring Times"
magazine March 2007 edition has the latest potential frequencies.

Additionally CAP is also using heavily the new Intra Squad 1/2 watts
portable radios VHF FM 396-400 mhz range.
See: http://www.freqofnature.com/index.php?m=Common&p=Intra-Squad%20Radio
for the channel designations & frequencies. Also "Monitoring Times"
magazine March 2007 Air show edition has the frequencies listed.
As far as HF frequencies check out "Monitoring Times" magazine website at:
http://www.grove-ent.com/mttopHF.html & pull out the freqs from the
extensive list.
Aircraft will use the callsign CAPFLIGHT or at times HIGHBIRD, ground
stations callsigns will vary by state. A current list of callsigns can be
found at:
http://www.totse.com/en/media/radio_scanner_frequency_lists/167281.html
Please post what you monitor (frequencies active & callsigns, etc.) to this
list.
