Thanks for the post Mark:

Actually frequency is  149.5375.   CTCSS 100 is the nationwide tone.  Guess 
basically all of the newer radios are using the access tone even in simplex 
operations.

BTW CAP has 13 aircraft assigned to MD.  Additional up to date summary 
information on MD resources can be found at:
