Small detail ... 

Both flights overflew my position inbound to Barnes. 
They were hugging the valleys @ about FL030-040.

RITALIN 1 & 2 made it into Barnes, but 3 & 4 aborted
on final approach with tower and then rqstd immediate
divert to Pease.
