A friend of mine is buy an old scanner from me that is capable of VHF/UHF air bands for airshows. He's talking about taking it to Duxford, England this summer for an airshow. What are the scanner law in England like? Will he have a legal problem with it coming into the country? It's a Radio Shack Pro-26 that covers 25 - 1300 MHz less cellular coverage. Thanks!
