Java flt started as a 3 ship, however, enroute to Yankee MOA
Java 02 had a fuel flow problem.  Declaring an IFE with Boston
Center on 338.2 for "no fuel flow on gauges" he returned to Barnes
and landed without incident.  The remaining 2 ship continued to 
Yankee MOA.
