This IS the emergency evacuation/backup a/c to AF-1.
The POTUS was in Louisville today and it arrived here
about 2 hours prior to POTUS landing KSDF then
departed 10 mins after the TFR was over.  It was here
when POTUS was in Chattanooga and it was here when he
was in Memphis.  Mike Riffle provided me a link (thru
Jody) of some info on this a/c.  I can't remember the
link but it tells about this a/c plus 3 others serving
as the backup.
