[MilCom] 104FW BRAC moves to Martin St. Airport, MD

Two A-10's [tail numbers 632 and 612]have moved to the
175W at Martin State Airport in Maryland from the
104FW ANG @ Barnes Munincipal Airport in Westfield, MA
as part of their first BRAC moves.

If you spot them before they get repainted, they have
a red band with "Massachusetts" across the tail and
"City of XXXXX" along the right side of the nose.
