[MilCom] 7703.0 and 4724.0

     7703.0 was active at 0354z with K2Y (weak/fair levels; male opr)
bcsting some EAM strings and out and quiet on freq.

     4724.0 was active at 0357z with unknown player (weak/fading; male
opr; possibly SECONDED) bcsting some EAM string and out (and without
the "standing by for traffic" statement) by almost exactly 0400z.

     All freqs quiet as of 0400z.  I suspect the exercise ended at
0400z which would make it about a twelve hour event.
