[MilCom] Hawk 23 "Rattler High Track"

Currently have Hawk 23(B-1) with Atlanta center 360.75 Looking to join marsa with Rhett 41 in the "Rattler high track" I have never heard of this track in my 10 years of monitoring from north Georgia. Hawk 23 just pushed off 360.75 to 291.4. So far nothing on 291.4. Anyone else heard of this track or 291.4 as a AR freq around the middle or south Georgia area?
