[MilCom] MUSIC 32 RTB W/IFE, Nashville

2000L/0100Z:

MUSIC 32 (C-130H, Nashville) is RTB at this time due
to #2 engine overspeed problem.  #2 engine is shut
down, IFE has been declared.  Was up 322.9 (MUSIC Ops)
to discuss problem.  

He was part of the MUSIC 30 flight up to Ft Campbell. 
MUSIC 30 is still up there.
