Dave & the group:

New York wing did not have any aircraft or teams that participated in the 
exercise competition.  There was a Critical Incident Stress Management 
course that was being run at the same time & it is possible that the 
member(s) took that class.  That is why the "(mobile") is next to the 
callsign without any function purpose listed.
