fuel.  Will offload thru-PAX during refuel, and reload
including 29 new PAX.

"Any cargo or pallet? Parking 6 ECHO N part of ramp."

I'm presuming this is NAVY RY 440, although he never
said "Navy."  Also, I thought Pease had a 10PM curfew.

No idea of destination.
