[MilCom] NXX A10's

Hi All; After a long absence, some Willow Grove A10's have been using the 
SANDY callsign. On 6/8, Sandy's were heard at R5802 on 237.2 around 1318z; 
then flew through Reading Regional's airspace on 257.9; then to Lehigh 
Valley's airspace on 397.9; then direct Philly on 291.7. The W.G. A10's have 
been up at R5802 quite a few evenings up until around 0100z. Other calls 
heard were Ugly / Cade.
