Navy PTD freq at Andrews is currently 251.500.

into GRIFFIN CMD POST operations on 378.100 in 2006.

This is actually located in Virginia, Mt. Weather TWR.

To VIRGINIA, pull from the end of Part 2 the two Davison AAF freqs and
the MCAF Quantico freq into this section, and also add whatever is
missing to the Davison list; see below:

Tower - 126.300/229.400/241.000
Ground - 121.900/245.200
Clearance Delivery - 245.200
Davison Operations (Callsign "Davey Ops") - 139.400
Davison Metro - 139.400
Davison GCA/P - 118.850
Davison RDR - 119.950
ATIS - 128.175
