[MilCom] eastern states callsign list

Josh,

I might have missed them, but I did not see CADE, FLYER, UGLY, or WAR DOG on
your list.  All four are commonly used callsigns for the A-10's based at Willow
Grove NASJRB (PAANG 111th FW / 103rd FS). At some point, the 111th will lose
its A-10's as Willow Grove is pared down.

Also, HUSTLER is not on the list.  This is the callsign for the USMCR MAG-49 /
HMH-772 CH-53E helos currently based at Willow Grove.  These helos will move to
McGuire AFB at some point.
