I don't think there's a comprehensive up to date listing anywhere on the 
web.  Generally if you review the various log postings to this list you 
should be able to get idea of the many callsigns in use by various 
aircraft/helos within specific geographic monitoring areas.  Additional 
information might be gained by corresponding directly with the poster.
