[MilCom] MIL: 13200.0 - ANDREWS and OFFUTT with restorals

     The HFGCS has been active in the post 1100z time period with CB
and IV series EAM strings.  Not paying attention for most of it but
11175.0 was active at 1445z with ANDREWS bcsting a 48-character IV...
string (missed preamble) containing distinctive formatting.  At 1502z
ANDREWS bcst a 42-character EAM (CBXIH7).  At 1522z ANDREWS (rapidly
failing signal; poor local mid morning propagation) bcst a
125-character EAM (IVRTRV) with distinctive repetitive formatting.

The h+30/h+00 time period has become active with HFGCS restorals
involving some of those strings along with some contemporary 4W series
strings.  The 42-character CB string was used in one.  Currently on
13200.0 at...

1600z OFFUTT with a 22-character EAM (4WTSCW), the 125-character
IVRTRV and the 28-character 4WKNBO.

1630z ANDREWS with the 28-character EAM (4WJO4Y), the 28-character
4WZ2YZ, and the 22-character 4WTSCW.
