Funny you should ask.  I have the same question about almost every posting 
on this list, particularly when someone uses the ICAO identifier in the 
subject line.  Unless I recognize the identifier, I have to read the message 
to find out whether I should bother reading the message.

Hint to posters - please include the name of the facility in the subject 
line or at the start of your message.
