[MilCom] Some ducting going on?

I have been hearing the ground side of two MONCTON CENTER
frequencies.  Moncton and Yarmouth.  It's starting to fade a little
now but it was so loud it sounded like my local ZBW freq!!

0110z
I heard ETHYL 59 wkg Moncton Center on 123.900 with his end
AR requests.  REACH 451 direct SYDNEY at FL270.  ETHYL 59
direct Nantucket at FL280.  Controller told them MARSA was
terminated to switch to appropriate freqs.

0114z
Then I heard OPEC 78 wkg MONCTON CENTER on 132.700
He was checking in and I heard the ground side there too.

0131z
And just now, I heard ETHYL 63 wkg MONCTON CENTER on
123.900 waiting for his receiver and wishing to descend to FL180.
I heard controller but was getting faint.
