Interestingly the CH 47's assigned to CT ARNG Bradley International Airport 
CT also use that same callsign.  I would guess that the 6 or so CH47's 
assigned to KBDL are a detachment of the unit in PA?

HOWEVER, wouldn't the callsign 2 numbers be different IF it was a PA bird? 
Perhaps CT was flying down there?
