     Unless propagation has gone bad the last HFGCS h+00/h+30 restoral
transmission for the 52-character XZZIFI and XZWM5J may have been at
1700z.

     11175.0 was active at 1721z with ANDREWS (weak/fair levels here)
bcsting a 287-character EAM (M4I66P).  The string contained very
distinctive, repetitive formatting and ended in the 14-character
ending block common to these strings.

The distinctive, repetitive internal formatting has been consistent
over numerous strings this year - an unchanging format of a multiple
16-character blocks of distinctly formatted alphanumeric characters
followed by a 3 element single character group followed by a 4 element
single character group, repeated throughout the string. (The 3/4
pattern has been common for more than a decade.  Not all long strings
have these patterns.)
