[MilCom] New AR315 and 633 Frequencies

For those of you milair monitors in the TN/KY/IN/GA area, AR 315 has a 
pair of new frequencies. They are Primary is now 343.250, Secondary is 
236.650. 
 
AR 633 also has a new set of frequencies, Primary is now 240.350 and 
Secondary is 343.250(this is also primary for 315) 
 
These were published in the recent AP1B Supplement by the FAA.
