342.250 is one of the new ATC channels (part of the reorganization of the 
225-400 MHz Milair band that we are seeing unfolding before our eyes, uh 
ears...on our scanners). ;-)))

It is now an assigned ATC frequency. I would assume that ZBW probably has a 
new assignment here.
