EVAC 840 / KC135 w/ANDREWS on GHFCs 11.175 req ph px w/ SAN Linbergh 
Tower supervisor.  EVAC is 2hrs out of SAN on IFR flt pln from HNL to 
SAN working oceanic control, requesting an ambulance and air-stair.  
Linbergh tower req EVAC park at JimsAir FBO.  Tower said he could make 
no guarantee arrangements could be taken care of but would coordinate 
with airport personnel to see that its done.
