NIGHTSTAR / E8 JSTARs calling ROCK on 225.725. Advised skittle has 
failed and will not be able to enable link. Troubleshooting with techs 
on-board. **I believe this may be related to the JSTARs SPICA orbit 
that is depicted running NW-SE and just NE of Bowling Green**
