         Just had RAPTOR 1 (F-16) Calling RAPTOR
26(F/A-22A) on 123.55 giving him a pirep regards to
buildups in the area,says they might can find a hole
for High Altitude stuff,but 15,000 is about as low as
they can go with cloud decks below that,solid deck
betwenn 11,000 and 15,000 feet.
