It is Wed, 1:52pm EST (1852z).
  MacDill AFB KC-135 tanker "Bolt 33" is transmitting "in the blind"  to 
MacDill's "Lightning Ops" on 311.0, announcing inbound, 20 minutes out, has a  
maintenance issue, but expects to work the pattern. Right now they are  
troubleshooting MSB #1, which is inop.
