[MilCom] Heads up Al/Mike LOCKHEED-99

He is up now in a flight test in W-497A.
Departed KSC around 1215 and briefly worked
NASA Tower and GALAXY 3 on 126.650.

GALAXY 3 is a ground unit at KSC working off
a hand held radio.

99 is currently up with Miami Center on 119.825, up
to FL 350 for a few minutes of level flight then back to KSC.
