[MilCom] JSTARS "Wizard" up

It is Thu, 5:25pm EST (2225z).
JSTARS back-end "Wizard" is  up with Northrop Grumman  JSTARS Mobile Station 
"Star 01" and Ground  Station "Terra 5" in  testing comms on 231.75. The 
aircraft is headed west  at the moment.
In unrelated comms, MacDill AFB 6AMW KC-135R  tanker "Bolt 41"  is up on 
311.0 informing MacDill's "Lightning Ops" that  they are 20 min  out, with minor 
writeups.
