[MilCom] "Taz 81" attempts CHS CP on 349.4

It is Mon, 7:25pm EST (Tue, 0025z).
  "Taz 81" (KC-135R, OH-ANG, Rickenbacker ANGB OH) is passing through  the 
area, northbound. He is trying to raise Charleston CP on 349.4.  So far  no joy, 
but it is not unusual for acft in this area to have comms with CHS  CP on 
that freq.
