Hello Brian:
Well I would say that it all depends on the article. IF a hobbyist can tie
it into some actually monitoring and or ask IF anyone has monitored the
activity referenced (if there's been no log postings) than it would IMHO be
a very relevant post.
Also I would think that just posting the reference link rather than the
entire article would save space on the qth net server which would be a good
idea in the long term.
I haven't seen any rules posted regarding what can & can't be posted to the
milcom list! (anything milcom related seems to be on topic!)
Surely, again there's lots of opinions out there on what is right, wrong, or
for that matter indifferent.
I basically quickly review and discard, so in the end that's probably what
is easiest & best to do & doesn't get some people all riled up! :) ;)
