Rumor has it that some of Civil Air Patrol's new nationwide frequencies may 
have to be changed due to some problems with both Canada & Mexico.   So when 
the changeover occurs the "search" routine in the 138-144, 148-150.8 mhz 
bands may be the best way to find the new frequencies in actual use.
