Thanks to others that provided the initial sources for why Kalitta Charters 
LLC had numerous small biz jets flying into/departing KDOV, as indicated on 
www.flightaware.com   .

It appears that 4 biz jets will be prepositioned at KDOV to provide this 
support.

Dover AFB DE is DOD's centralized mortuary for processing (identification & 
funeral preparation) all service members remains.  See:
