[MilCom] Anyone Near Travis Afb?

             Had an unknown aircraft up on 134.7750
amending their flight plan with Memphis Center,saying
they were going to TRAVIS on the west coast,any help
appreciated on anything in there ina bout 2-3
hours,THANKS!!!
