[MilCom] Poison 31 & Check 71

It is Sat, 1:36pm EST (1836z).
  T-38 "Poison 31" (Columbus AFB 14FTW) is passing through the area.  Now 
being handed off from Miami Ctr's 319.0 to Jax Ctr's 346.25. He  is requesting 
Craig-Savannah-Charleston routing.  
Earlier today, F/A-18 "Check 71" (Beaufort MCAS VMFA-312) was heard  
northbound; comms were on 285.5 and 346.25.
