     11175.0 was active at 1659z with the HFGCS bcsting an
89-character EAM (U34EER) with the string containing a common
14-character ending block of characters.  Earlier at around 1435z
OFFUTT bcst a 243-character EAM (missed preamble) that contained
distinctive repetitive formatting.
