1240L:

I'm a little behind, about 30 mins ago, on this but
YANKEE 71, a flight of two A-10A's got done refueling
W/SODA 81 (KC-135E) in AR-633A/B (295.8) and then
proceeded to head westbound VFR. Transited Nashville
airspace at 8,000K. ATC sequence was Memphis Ctr
263.1>, Nashville A/D 360.7>, Memphis Ctr on the other
side 379.25

A2A was 138.825 Very spirited and comical a2a comms.
One piece was #1: "this is how your supposed to fly."
#2: "what VFR?" #1: "a couple A-10's, VFR and just
cruising", "the only thing that would make it funner
was if we were shooting things."

I'm not sure if these guys are making a big loop or
headed somewhere west but they will probably AR again
if they don't land.

Joe
Nashville, Tn.
