I know we had some aero logging reports from CO & KS BUT for OK, OR, NE, NM, 
TX, & WA -- don't recall seeing any loggings.    I would guess that it would 
be a significant challenge to monitor military ground comms in those areas, 
as opposed to military aero comms.   HOWEVER, here in Massachusetts the 
National Guard has a cross band link repeater on a high mountain which 
repeaters the low band VHF repeaters throughout the state, which may make it 
a bit easier to monitor disaster relief type traffic.
