[MilCom] 238.9 AR DOOM flights

It was one tanker, TAZZ 74, for both aircraft.  Second
aircraft was DOOM 94 (B-52H).  The track was AR-203
which runs to the NW of Nashville and runs in a NW to
NE and back direction.

Of note:  TAZZ 74 couldn't get the contact lights to
light up for DOOM 94, so went thru the motions and
RTB'd Barksdale after about 15 minutes.  Also YL at
the boom controls.
