I have to agree with Chris Corley and with the observations of Jody.
It is often tiresome to read the opinions that Ken Windyka expresses
about every minutiae in our postings. I think corrections to postings are fine,
and most of us welcome them in order to keep our databases correct. But Ken's
comments do not fall into the category of corrections. He just pours out his
endless opinions here of everything under the sun.
I know we all have delete buttons, but that is not the point. The point
is that we are here to read and enjoy each others postings and information,
and we are not third-graders who need coaching and exhortation from Ken about
everything in this hobby. We do not need Ken acting as our activities
director, like we are all on a cruise ship, like he has to organize our efforts into
some idea of participation that he conjures is ideal.
Give us a break. We are adults, we are individuals, we know every bit as
much as he does about this hobby and we have a right to participate without
fear of Ken's detail scrutiny of everything we express.
Ken, if you don't lighten up more will leave the group or at least will
lessen their postings here.
